I ordered an Iphone XS which was not handed over to me by Fedex as they demanded a hefty customs Duty. I was not made aware of this cost at purchase because ALLOALLO ensured that all customs and taxes have been borne by them. The Fedex documents clearly state that the seller has not paid and expects the receiver to cover all custom charges. When contacted several times regarding Indian custom duties, the bot responds with the same message attached below. Its pointless to expect a human to respond to you, it won't happen. (The custom duty they seem to refer to applies to EU countries not Asia) This is clearly a lie. I feel Ive been taken for a ride as I will have to pay up or Im certain to neither receive a refund nor a reply from Alloallo. I only hope the phone is not damaged and 'As New' and as per the specs as promised. I advise not to buy from them as their business practices are at best dodgy and extremely unreliable. I will update the review once I have received the handset. Im yet to get a response from ALLO ALLO but keeping a good faith I have ordered a pricey device today with hope of trust honesty professional level service from you without any cheating now or later. I believe ALLO ALLO has a good name already and had good present in its original country. I hope they have extended same level of service and stuffs to other countries as well. Best wishes. - Paul
The phone arrived in time, it was really good but i had to clean the speaker because i didnt hear correctly when i was in a call. All the other things are great. I ordered the "worst" quality category, the one that called "Good" and even that is so good for that money. I can see a few scratch on the phone but the screen if perfect and its 100% working.
