Before using AMYLA Cosmetics products my hair was very dry which resulted in me suffering from hair loss in my edges. I tried a lot of products but nothing seems to work. A friend recommended me to AMYLA Cosmetics three months ago, I then decided on trying their hair-growth serum, shampoo and and spray; I’ve been using them since and I’m in love….. my hair is well moisturised and my edges are growing. I’m in love and ready to try more of their products.
I love Amyla products, I have tried other products but always come back to Amyla. I have been natural since 2018 and I love my natural hair. The products are a little pricey but I love the line. I don't have to spend a lot of time on my hair using their products.
I fell in love with this product by using the oil and decided to venture out and try the other hair products. So far the product works well with my hair type. No white residue at all. There is a slightly hard crunch to the finish style. I'm happy with the product and it will continue to be one of the 3 products I support.
They are not responding to my emails ever since I requested for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I expected my delivery to be delivered in my address only to find out I have to collect it to the post office whom they have asked me to pay almost the same amount of money I paid for the older which shocked me. I emailed the company inquiring about a refund they never responded up to date. I made tons of emails without winning. They also deleted my comments on Facebook. They finally responded and stated that there’s no way I can send their product back to them which means I will never get my money back. I just pay extra for postal fees which I was not aware of as I thought they will deliver to my address. I’ve been receiving deliveries in my house there’s no way they attempted to deliver and I was not available. Their courier company just delivered to the post office which affects us as customers in South Africa as we have to pay for collection money that is close to the order placed. This response does not change anything. Their website guarantees refund but when you want it, they refuse. I asked for guidelines to send the order back they stated that it’s not possible.
The recent hair products I ordered arrived timely(within a few days). I find that the rosemary mint products work best on my natural, especially the hair mask. Initially, I did not notice hair growth because my hair grows slowly. However, in the past 6 weeks, I've seen tremendous growth. I wish I had taken pictures, not only for everyone to see but for myself to compare. Thank you
