I'm very disappointed in the service that I received recently. When I submitted my first order from Amyla Cosmetics, my order was shipped the next day and I received it within 5 days. However, I noticed that times between placing the order and shipping the order have been getting longer and longer. My most recent order was placed on August 12, 2024, and I'm still waiting for it - almost a month later. I sent a follow-up message to the company asking about my order on Facebook on September 3, 2024, and I'm STILL waiting for a response. Amyla Cosmetics needs to do a much better job of communicating with their customers by being the first to reach out if there is a problem or delay with their orders; the customer should not be the first to reach out to the company. To take a customer's money then not give them their products, nor satisfactorily explain why there is a delay is highly unprofessional.
HORRIBLE BEYOND HORRIBLE SERVICE. SAD I CANT WRITE A REVIEW FOR THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BUT GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH SHAUNA MEYERS HAS BEEN BEYOND A HEADACHE. MY CORRESPONDENCE WITH HER HAS BEEN BACK AND FORTH ABOUT WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER I PLACED AUG 8TH. I GUESS ONE OF THE ITEMS I CHOSE WAS A PREORDER BUT HOLDING THE ENTIRE ORDER FOR ONE ORDER THAT SHAUNA STATED WOULD COME OUT END OF AUGUST BUT NOW HERE WE ARE MID SEPTEMBER AND STILL NOTHING. MOT A TRACKING NUMBER. NOTHING. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD BECAUSE I WAS REALLY LOOKG FORWARD TO USING THIS PRODUCT. I absolutely love Amyla Cosmetics hair products. My growth retention is better than ever with these wonderful products! I chemically relax my hair every 3 months, and since using Amylas growth spray, serum and leave in conditioner my edges have grown 2 inches. I am a lifelong customer! Being all natural I felt like I brought so many products and each one of those products promised something that it did not deliver. I was introduced to Amyla hair oil surprisingly by Facebook. My first initial thought was .. Sure .. ok even I know not to believe what I see on facebook. So I was a little hesitant about purchasing it. I finally purchased it in 2024. I figured with the money back guarantee I had nothing to loose. I made a vow to only use the oil to truly see if it works. Babyyyyyyy I can tell you it does what it says it does! . My hair is back to being healthy & thick. It is growing nicely & I’m sure it will exceed the length that I previously had. I also purchased the coconut shampoo & leave in conditioner. My hair has never felt so good. Yes, I’m forever hooked!
Update to my review on Aug 20,2024. As told to me and I’m sure many others. All out of stock orders will be back in stock the end of August. My order still has not been filled all they offered was another excuse and a $5 “sorry” discount for the inconvenience. And not a refund of my money. The products that i ordered were not “pre-orders” but was already in-stock. But even if so this is September…. I ordered in July. Literally 2 months from the day I ordered.
I promise this hair sermon is AMAZING HAIR HAS GROWN Tremendously and my edges has improved also every time I get close to running out I make sure I reorder two more bottles this definitely the best hair sermon I’ve used so far and I have tried several they do good but this product is the best out of all the other products I’ve used on my hair. I purchased a product from Amyla Cosmetics; when I received it there were ingredients that I didn't want to out in my hair. I contacted them to do a return. They sent me an authorization number which I used and sent back the product. I never received a refund. The next month, I received a product I didn't order. When contacted, I was told I signed up for a subscription, which I did not. I have since contacted them on their website, but have gotten no response. I'm still receiving this product. I'm now working through my credit card company to get refunds. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMOPANY. i WENT ONLINE AND CHECKED THE BBB REVIEWS OF THIS COMOANY & THERE WERE REPEATED INSTANCES OF WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH ME.I sincerely believe they are a scam company. I have 6 months of product I don't want and didn't order. They won't stop sending them.
As someone who transitioned to being natural, I tried numerous hair oils and brought so many “growth” products . I can truly say Amyla is the way to go.
