Review Time
I placed an order on the 2nd of December and I still have not received it. I reached out on the 19th of December and only because I responded to one of their many emails about one of their sales was I informed that it would take a while but I would receive it that same week. No one thought to contact me before then. It’s now January 5th and still no package nor email or text message. I sent a message on the 3rd but no one has gotten back to me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!
I placed my order back in November with a few items slated to be delivered by December 6th, Today is January 6th and I have yet to receive any items in my order. I was initially thinking it was the black Friday rush, but after a few weeks and no items, I sent an email inquiring about my items. To date, I have not received any type of correspondence. I believe this company is a scam and unfortunately, got me for almost $80. It's sad that you try and support businesses and get scammed in the process. I wish I had done my due diligence with thorough research and looked at reviews prior to placing my order.
I ordered some hair products on November 29, 2024 from Amyla cosmetics and company i found through Instagram ads. For maybe 2 weeks I got no update about shipment so I emailed them on December 13 2024 about this. I got a bogus response about one of the products I ordered being out of stock. I demanded a refund on Dec 17 2024 after seeing some bad reviews online. Since then I have gotten multiple emails giving me the runaround. They claimed to have shipped the products on Dec 19 2024 and it supposedly got delivered to some address in Pennsylvania on January 27 2025. I am still asking for my money back and all they have done is to ask me to confirm my mailing address which has never been incorrect. SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I used this product, and for the first time in my life, my hair grew long, strong, and healthy. I was so impressed with the results! However, I made the mistake of mixing it with another hair product I came across, and unfortunately, my hair started falling out. I regretted mixing products, but I decided to start over. I cut my hair off and used this product again, and once more, the results were amazing—my hair grew back perfectly.My advice: don’t mix Amla products with anything else. I’m sticking with Amla all the way from now on. Highly recommend!
I placed an order with Amyla on November 20th, and since then, it has been nothing but frustration. After weeks of no updates, I reached out only to be told a product was backordered. I asked them to send what they had, but they refused. Eventually, I requested a refund, and here I am still waiting with no resolution. To top it off, they keep asking me to review products I haven’t even received! This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with them.
The local post office, using DHL global, had not informed me of the delivery address of my parcel, and i was really worried. We have a few post offices in our area. Fortunately, the support team and Shauna (manager) were in constant email contact with me until I located my parcel in South Africa. I used the serum yesterday and love how light it is. Absorbed nicely into my scalp. Thank you, Amyla, for a great product and amazing customer service!! Looking forward to having a long lasting hair journey with your products.
I am so excited to use these products. I have tried so many products but none like these. So far I have only used the serum and the leave-conditioner and they have worked so well for me that I decided to buy all of Amyla's products. My hair loss has stopped and as for hair growth, it has grown quite a bit. The leave-conditioner leaves my hair so soft, strong and shiny and it has a very nice and clean scent.
