I came across this product online and decided to give it a try because of the great reviews and money back guarantee, I must say this product is the truth. This would be my 2nd time ordering and I will be a forever customer. I can see real results.
I didn’t like that some products were out of stock so I had to wait for my whole order instead of at least sending the other products I ordered. Other than that, I like the products a lot so far. Smells good and makes my hair soft. I just ordered the growth serum and the coconut conditioner so we’ll see how that goes but for now the coconut shampoo and hair mask are great.
My issue as of now is delivery. I ordered products that should have been in stock and did not say “preorder” at the beginning of August. I checked back a couple weeks later for status to be told it was a preorder and that they wouldn’t fulfill my order until one of my items was back in stock. I was told it would be back in stock at the end of the month. I reached back out the last day of the month just to receive information that it’s was still due to receive at the end of the month and that they would send tracking soon. Fast forward to Sept 10th. Still no update or tracking for it so I reached out again. In the meantime, the conditioner I wanted to go along with my other items was back in stock so I ordered it. This time, they had expedited shipping automatically on it. I ended up getting tracking info for it the next day but still no tracking for my original shipment. Finally on 9/13 they provided shipping details. I’m still waiting on my package to arrive so I have no clue what the product is like. They have got to improve customer service skills. I would never preorder an item. When I ordered, it didn’t say it was a preorder which is necessary. I would have waited until it was back in stock. The conditioner was out of stock and I didn’t preorder it or have an option to. I hate how long delivery took and this will definitely affect my decision to order again or not despite the quality of the products. I don’t order things to wait for over a month to receive.
