On my last order I accidentally clicked subscribe. I noticed immediately and started reaching out. Someone responded pretty quickly and asked for information and I sent it. A month later, my bank gets pulled for the item that I canceled. I reached out. It took days to get a response then the response was to contact a different area instead of helping. When I contacted that area, days again, and they sent me multiple emails with duplicate statements (not personal or apologetic). To top it off, they didn’t offer me my refund, which is supposed to be easy per the website. So I emailed… and I’m waiting on a response…. very disappointing. I have made multiple purchases and haven’t been treated well when it comes to troubleshooting. I have lost that “family” feel they try to create when you buy from them.
I never received product. I told them no response then they took an additional $40 even tho I never received the first shipment and I told them I never received that shipment either when I went to unsubscribe they contacted me about that but when I discussed no product with them no answer so now I’m out of all this money with no product

I'll start off by saying the product itself is trash, which is why I tried to cancel in the first place—it made my hair start falling out.I get they trap you by saying if you try our trial you must subscribe for a month but for the love of god let me cancel after that month ends (here’s the trap you can’t ever cancel).This company won't let me unsubscribe; I've sent multiple emails over the last month. The first email was sent on February 7 with no response. The second email, attempting to cancel, was sent on March 7, also with no response. The third email was sent on March 12, followed by a fourth email on March 19. Finally, I received a response, stating they'll cancel my subscription after my next order! The team tried blaming me and telling me it's too late to cancel, stating that I must cancel three days prior. I've tried, and your team's failed response is not my problem. The manager, Michelle, took way too long to respond, more like a month.
I did gain about an inch of growth over the few months I consisted used dibs product. I was sooo happy about it, especially when I saw reviews. But it wasn’t a game changer like I expected for it to be. Everyone’s hair is different and I did enjoy the product while I used it.
