Absolutely disgusting. Waiting for a delivery then to get 13 emails saying it's cancelled or back on the van. A driver eventually turned up late evening only half the parcel. Told the driver there should be another package. He said I don't know this isn't my round the original driver has quit! He went back to his van just had a quick look then drove off. Didn't even get a signature but text came through saying we had signed and received parcels??? Madness we are now left with a carcass and no fitments. Trying to get through to them is a joke! Disgusting DHL e commerce!!¡!

Ordered a parcel weeks ago to be delivered for the 29th December still saying in transit on the 6th of January 2026 I rang gls today to see what was going on as no email or updated with what is going on with my parcel just says in transit. Was on hold for 40 minutes to end up talking to someone in customer service who couldn’t care less and said should come next week and that’s it. Very rude and not helpful. Do not use this delivery company unless you want your items to be extremely late.
Dreadful service! would give less than 1 star if I could. Item handed over to GLS Dublin on 17/12/25. Still not delivered, package is sitting in the Depot for 3 weeks now with no date for delivery. I've called customer services 3 times now and have been give the same lip service that it will be delivered in the next day or two. Complete lies to just get you off the phone. I wanted to personally collect it but have been told that its not possible. Absolute shambles of a company. Do yourself a favour and do not order from anywhere online that uses this crowd!
This is the worst postal service in the world. Not only do they fail to fulfill their obligations, but they also blatantly lie. They say the package should arrive today, but it's already 8:00 PM, so no one has arrived. They were supposed to send the package by Christmas.
Their delivery driver just dropped a package at my door on 5th Jan 2026. I didnt duscover it until the following morning. The parcel wasn't for me and didn't have my name address or postcode on it. I emailed the company on 6th January and got an automated reply stating a customer service agent would contact me. I am still waiting on 13th January for someone from this Company to contact me. Shockingly bad Customer service ! It's obvious, they simply don't care !
