I paid extra for a specific delivery date, and the package was marked as out for delivery with a confirmed time slot. I stayed home all day to receive it. However, the tracker later stated 'delivery attempt failed,' even though no delivery driver ever came—clearly, there was no attempt to deliver.
My mum paid express delivery to get a parcel to my boys for Christmas. Shipped 20th December and was told it would arrive Christmas Eve by end of day. We are now on the 29th and still no parcel. Conversely, I shipped a parcel on the 19th December to my mum via UPS, and it arrived on the 22nd! Thats how you run a courier company! Would not recommend DHL and would DEFINITELY recommend UPS!Thanks for your reply, however the package hadn’t even reached customs in the Uk until after it was due to be delivered! Hadn’t even left the US!
Its been really annoying to get verified . It's bad enough giving credit details online never alone photos front and back so obvious what's happening to that information. Please make easier to verify account with out trying to hold us back from winnings. Otherwise ok site

If i could give a minus rating i would, unfortunately i have to give one star! Shocking company. Delivered my parcel to the complete wrong address 40km away, two days later it was thrown into my driveway. Still waiting 3 weeks for another parcel ordered as a xmas gift. Its still in sorting office. Can not get through to customer service, always 30 odd ahead in the q. Spend an hour on hold to be told someone will be in contact with me but not taking any contact information from me to do so, so never heard back! How can they be so bad! Two packages, from the same place being sent to Ireland. First one sent on 8th of december using gls, still waiting for delivery, today the 28th, second parcel sent on the 11th with dhl, arrived 4 days later. If you can please avoid using Gls.

I followed every requirement exactly and even provided all the proof they asked for.Yet after all that, I had to wait around 13 days, deal with slow replies, repeated proof requests, and then MyChips eventually said there was a “tracking issue” on their side. Instead of honoring the full reward they promised, they only gave a small consolation reward of 347,200 Gems, which is nowhere close to what I rightfully earned. That’s extremely unfair to users who completed everything properly.
