Extremely disappointing support experience. My printer has malfunctioned, and I've spent the last week going back and forth with a representative who relies on automated responses, repeating troubleshooting steps instead of acknowledging that the printer itself is defective. Even with my warranty, they refuse to provide a straightforward solution or replacement. It's shocking that a well-known brand can offer such subpar products and terrible customer service. It's best to avoid them to steer clear of the frustrations I've faced.
I ordered flowers for my mother's 70th birthday, and the service assured me they would arrive the next day for an extra £10. Had I known it would be handled by this courier, I wouldn't have bothered. At 9:30 AM the next day, I received an email about issues with the delivery. I should have seen this coming. Overall, it felt like a waste of time.
We have been using this service since it became an option for deliveries. They have been exceptional with no damages and even next-day delivery on a 48-hour service. The drivers have been punctual, friendly, and very helpful. I have no complaints, but it’s unfortunate that this service is no longer available for simple deliveries.
I am still trying to obtain a refund I requested weeks ago after a cancelled collection. Every time I attempt to call or use the messaging service, it seems unavailable. Even today, on December 27th, I would greatly appreciate a response.
I waited almost 4 weeks for delivery with no effort made at all. Eventually, I spoke to a customer service representative who informed me that the parcel had been at the depot the whole time. I had to reach out to the vendor for assistance in locating it! Unfortunately, the vendor had shut down their customer service, leaving customers stranded. I gave up and initiated a chargeback with my bank. The worst part was the automated phone tracking service, which falsely informed me daily that it was 'out for delivery.' Dishonest and incompetent, they deserve to go out of business.
