Awful experience and customer service

Parcel was picked up on the 9th of December from another county in Ireland and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve been getting emails since the 16th saying it’s out for delivery that day, then it’ll be back in the depot, on repeat. It’s a Christmas present sitting with a courier for two full weeks. No updates through their website contact and every time I call, it just hangs up, with a message saying they’re busy. They’re clearly completely disorganised, somebody there needs to take charge, triage and provide updates to customers. Shambolic.

Shocking service

Absolute shambolic service. Wish I could give minus 10 review. They have my order but said it couldn't be unloaded. Ridiculous excuse. Probably won't get the gift until January. Too late for an Xmas present. Should do what Fastway done and close and go do something else. Went to their warehouse in Swords. 20 people there kids and women crying. Garda were called. People blocked trucks . Mayhem

Terrible experience

This is the worst company ever. I've been waiting four weeks for a Christmas gift for my son, which I won’t receive now. I spoke to them on the phone, and they seemed indifferent.

Delays and inadequate service

My package has been stuck in the sorting warehouse in Ireland since December 19th (ordered from Europe on December 10th). When I called customer service, I was told it’s in a trailer with no further updates—just that I’ll get it when I get it. The first representative was rude, but the second one was nicer, explaining that due to an influx of work with a partner company, they lack the workforce to process orders. They couldn't guarantee anything before Christmas, nor would they allow any pickups. Very disappointing service. I won't use them again.

Beware of poor service

Absolutely appalling and unacceptable service. Currently, this delivery company is the worst in Ireland, and they should meet the same fate as their former partner. I ordered a parcel two weeks ago from France. It arrived in Ireland on December 19th, but since then, there have been no scans, no movement, and no delivery attempts. I spent over 55 minutes on the phone just to learn my parcel is sitting in a trailer and won’t be delivered until after Christmas. I was informed that items received before December 17th would be delivered by Christmas, while anything after that would be delayed. What a joke and a complete farce! I will avoid any supplier using them.

Parcel stuck in depot

Our parcel has been held at the Dublin depot since December 14th. We were informed that the delivery truck will not be opened, and that the parcel won't be delivered until January, even though it is already in their possession. This item is a Christmas gift, which the staff were aware of. While we were at the depot, other customers were able to collect their parcels, but ours was denied with no clear explanation. Being told that a parcel cannot be accessed while others are released is extremely frustrating. There has been no effort to provide an alternative solution or timeline. Very disappointing experience, especially during the Christmas season.

I'm really delighted with my purchase. The whole experience was so easy from initial enquiry to installation. Everyone I dealt with to was delightful. The wardrobes are very well constructed and the doors operate very smoothly and effortlessly.

Lack of Loyalty and Poor Promotions

There's a noticeable absence of loyalty these days. I invest thousands weekly, yet I'm still not qualified for any loyalty rewards through live support, not even a small bonus like 25 spins at 0.20 each. The promotional offers are the least appealing I've encountered, and it seems having a VIP manager is essential to gain any worthwhile rewards (though mine is quite good).
While I would suggest another option as slightly better, when it comes to promotional bonuses, this platform falls short. The five-star ratings appear to be fabricated, especially the one mentioned below; the minimum deposit is actually $20, not $10.
