No sign of my parcel anywhere and no reply from GLS

I was informed that my parcel had been delivered and no sign of it anywhere. I sent an email to the email address provided and I have not received a reply as of yet. When I try to ring the customer service number I am hung up on every time.

unprofessional

How unprofessional it is impossible to get through to them leave you on hold for over an hour as soon as u get to no.1 they say all agents are busy and hang up and cannot even reply to an email. Package has been in Ireland since 8th of December no delivery and no way to contact

This is by far one of the worst courier…

This is by far one of the worst courier experiences I’ve had. The courier received my package seven days ago, yet the tracking information has not updated at all since it was marked as received.I have emailed multiple times with no response and attempted to call their customer service number over several days. Each time, the automated system ehangs up after stating that all lines are busy. I also tried calling again shortly after 4:00pm, only to be told via the recorded message that their operating hours run until 5:00pm, despite the lines already being closed at 4:15pm. Strange. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Due to the lack of communication and transparency, I have now contacted the seller to raise a formal complaint and strongly advised them not to use this courier in future. The seller has confirmed they will reconsider using this company due to the appalling service provided.I would not recommend this courier to anyone.

Abusing technical issue to scam away

My 42$ reward is replaced to frank apology mail.I completed dice dreams quest(restore kingdom 50|42.15$)at 12/15 but they wont pay anything for more than 80hours.I opened ticket about it and I got AI answer that excuses "tracking issue"Mychips excuses so called "tracking issue" when they have to pay high rewards but they want do scam and cut off the user from the offer when its reward goes higher.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, I was home waiting for the package, the driver never called me from outside, there was a signature (my name was signed wrong), I never signed anything, I never received my package. I believe the driver left on the street and my packed got stolen. I try to call the company no success. I got email saying the driver was in my area only. No refund from the supplier also. Driver was very irresponsible.

Excellent International Delivery Experience

I ordered two items from abroad, both were handled by the same delivery service. They arrived in the UK incredibly quickly, even during the busy season. One package was scheduled for flexible delivery on a chosen day, while the other was on hold for a couple of weeks. I arranged for both to be delivered on the same day, and they were dispatched and arrived on time, in perfect condition, without any issues. No signature for a valuable item

I did not mark the 'no signature required' box in the delivery information email as this was a valuable item. As there is an increase in porch piracy, I made sure I was at the delivery address to sign for the item but only received a ring at the doorbell and saw the driver getting back into his van as I opened the door.
