I have been trying to receive the invoice of my parking since 19 August. I have never received a receipt for the 800 SEK I paid, and their customer service is a joke.

Disgusted

Disgusted! Recently paid for short stay parking at Manchester Airport. Arrived at the incorrect barrier. Was re directed by the gentlemen on the intercom at the barrier, who also advised we didn't need to a pay anything. Received a fine which I thought I'd received in error as I had paid for parking and wasn't dropping off. This fine has now been sent by a debt collection agency. When I called them to explain they were extremely unhelpful simply advising there was no number or email address for Apcoa and my only option was to now pay £160.00 or go to court!!! Would love a response Apcoa!!

This company are thieving basta*ds.

This company are thieving basta*ds.. they illegally clamped me, words of the garda. The garda told me to request a refund. Apcoa refused, I appealed to the clamping regulator and I won my appeal, apcoa closed the case and are refusing to refund. This company is literally robbing people. Be careful

I had a problem paying and then I got a fee

I had a problem paying so I called at service team, they restarted the machine amd still couldn't pay, so I left amd then I got 750 kr fee. I tried to explain with evidence that I didn't use the parking lot, they didn't care and send me another mail 5 months later saying I have to pay 950 kr. This is the wors company I ever encountered ...
