Money stealing

Whole drop off system at Luton airport is designed so you end up paying fine. You can only pre-pay or after drop off 24h before/after. It is ridiculous as it is so easy to forget to pay.

They knew I paid for my parking but they charged me €125 to unclamp my car and refused any refund.

I misspelt the reg of my car when I bought parking at Dublin Port and they clamped me. Even though they located the ticket that I paid for, they still charged me €125 for declamping and I had to wait 75 mins at night time. Even though I immediately appealed with full explanation, they refused to give me any money back! I've already reported them to the NTA and will now make a further appeal through them. I will do my very best to avoid APCOA car parks in future!

The absolute worst people

They regularly don't acknowledge registered parking and increase fines each time. There is no person you can talk to and they offer replying to complaints in 4 weeks, while fine deadlines are for 2 weeks. Ridiculous business.

I received a PCN and have tried to make payment online, but my ticket is not found online.I have emailed them 12 times in 2 weeks and they still haven't responded to my email.If i try to call them i waited 45 minutes to be connected to a member of their team, which is a complete joke.I am done with emailing them and will now take my complaint to the ICO and Ombudsman.

They are big scam company Airport Manchester big fraud and Pepole paying fine in millions they are doing fraud we submit more then 20 time appeal never reply we pay two time parking fine they are big scam company in uk so many pepole pay twice

They don’t even deserve a star as far…

They don’t even deserve a star as far as I am concerned. I paid the £7 whilst still at the airport after I picked up a friend. After few days I received a parking charge of £100 reduces to £60 if I paid within 14 days. I paid but later on went through my bank details to check if I failed to pay the £7 fast drop off/ pick up. I realised that I did pay the £7. So decided to call them and to my surprise they told me that I will be getting another parking charge for not pre registering my car before entering the airport which is a lots of rubbish!!They also threatened me with debt collection even before receiving the second parking charge!!! What the hell is going on? Can anyone help please ?

Nightmare of a bloody "car parking service."

So, Literally just this morning I was going to Belfast with my Auntie and Uncle, just for a nice little day out, y'know? But as it turns out you cant pay for car parking inside Connolly anymore so we were forced to try use this horrible shitshow of a company. IT TOOK **20 MINUTES IN THE PISSING RAIN** just to fill out card details AFTER trying to use the QR codes in a grand total of 3 spots in the car park. One was about 7ft in the air and wouldn't read and the other two were scratched up and vandalised but anyways, It took a further 15 minutes to try and navigate their hellspawn of a website and even AFTER it just wouldn't let us pay, so my uncle was forced to go back home. I'm currently on the Enterprise to Belfast as I write this and quite frankly: APCOA are the actual devil incorporated. I hope their founder and current employees ROT in hell for eternity. I genuinely wish liquidisation upon this hellspawn of a company. The day APCOA cease operations, the entire nation will celebrate. Nobody can understand your stupid bloody app & you're a shower of incompetant morons.

1 Star because zero stars isn't an option

I thought I'd paid for my parking via the App. But I have just received a parking fine. The crazy thing with this company is that my account shows no sign of this parking event or any outstanding/overdue payment. Previously I'd had problems paying for parking using my account, the advice I was given is, 'don't log into your account'. How ridiculous that using one's account is more problematic than helpful. The explanation I was previously given is that as it is a 'pay on exit' car park my App wouldn't show 'current session' details, or allow me to pay within 24hrs. Totally illogical & unintuitive. I'm paying the fine because I cannot be bothered to fight them again. Though previously I've done that and won on every occasion.

EMA Airport Rip-Off Scheme

This system at EMA Airport is a scam. If you change the rules, make the payment available at the barriers instead of ambushing people with £100 penalties. Most drivers have no idea the system has changed. I couldn’t see any signs in the dark because I was focused on the road, not hunting for hidden banners. This is nothing but a money-grab.
