I arrived at the car park late, beyond the allowed time, and couldn't pay for the day. The next day, I called to apologize and spoke to a very helpful representative who made my experience much better. I was glad to pay in full after receiving such great support.
Our two-day parking session was booked well in advance, but upon arrival, we found the car park closed with no prior notification. The booking code didn’t work, and there was no answer on the provided phone number. We had to seek expensive alternative parking after traveling a long distance. The only reason for one star is that zero isn’t an option. Avoid this company at all costs.

I have misguided from pre-park booking signs in Manchester Airport terminal 2 went through in the wrong direction one camera to another camera then I paid £5 then I email them provided their email that please refund me by mistake I went through to find a parking and that was my mistake to find a parking to park my car,. I think email make made a situation worse and worse and money was not reflecting from my account and it didn’t take out only four second Drove through the camera and I have got £100 charge fine to pay which is unfair. I paid £5 fine then requested for refund and after 20 days I have got letter hundred pound charges. I can’t prove my payment which is not reflecting. I don’t know why only five seconds not even stopped!
