Worst company I've ever dealt with

I could a book on how bad they are. You're given a day of their choice when they can deliver ask for a certain time call on the day of your delivery at 9:30 so makes it very hard to do anything on that day I waited one whole day did not leave the house it's 7:15 in the evening I got a call said he would be there in about an hour I said no way reschedule. They don't send a bill for anything they hit my credit card multiple times without billing me One of them was for More than $100 they hit my credit card no explanation I called and asked why we'll get back with you. Had to call again and again. Weeks later I got a call from a collection agency for the amount they had billed me for. Finally got the collection agency off of it. Never an explanation for any of my bills never really reimbursements. I have several other things that were very very bad. I had my doctor switch me to a different provider. The new provider I will give a five. Apria would get none if it was possible. I took all I could take from those people. The company that took over said I had no copay it was all covered by the insurance so I'm pretty sure they're scamming doing something illegal can't prove it I turned them into better Business bureau United health Hill physicians and everyone else I could think of. Never got a refund just stories and lies.

Horrible service

Horrible. They charge you for services they already are paid for and make claims that your insurance is not paying. I would not recommend anyone use them if they have a choice. They charged me over 1000 dollars one month for past claims and call me back after 2 months asking for another 600. Complete scam artists.

Hawaiian Vacation Ruined by Poor Service

While traveling my CPAP Pressure went from the normal setting of 5 to 17 in the middle of the night. Thursday September 21 2023. This morning, Monday September 25, 2023, after many calls I finally contacted a person who said they would have someone call ab out my problem. It's now 5.45 PM Hawaiian time and no one called. This is the worst service I have received on anything.

I suffer from sleep apnea

I suffer from sleep apnea. My doctor ordered a CPAP machine. The unit is defective. The water chamber does not work, and the machine does not stop automatically. I have called Apria no less than 10 times, and each time I am told that someone will call me. They never have. I am at my wits' end. This company has engaged in Deceptive Trade Practices with its fraudulent and false promises.I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the State of Georgia and with Medicare. I will also pursue any and all other avenues of reliefDO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have had the unfortunate luck to have…

I have had the unfortunate luck to have to go through Apria for my insurance. I've experienced issues with Apria for years. The latest: My physician prescribed a new nasal mask on Friday. Today, Apria called and said they would send out the supplies. I asked what kind of supplies, they said the same as last year. I explained that's not what my doctor prescribed. Things went downhill from their. The person who called me disconnected when I asked for his supervisor. When I called back, Stephanie asnwered but her phone was cutting out. It's just not worth going to Apria. I'll by my supplies direct from spap.com.

Apria is a rip off

CPAP supplies that were "automatically" sent to me from Apria were so expensive that I returned them. Even though they confirmed receipt of the supplies, Apria refused to return my payment. Luckily I used a credit card to pay them and I was able to successfully dispute the charge.

I am 64 years old and this is the WORST…

I am 64 years old and this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. The employees are not well-trained; you get different answers depending on who you speak to. Their website is atrocious and is USELESS as I have to call every time I need to order supplies. Phone wait times are sometimes over an HOUR on hold. Even my insurance company hates them. If I could give negative stars; I would!
