The item did not arrive in good condition.

The item arrived with several dents and scratches; I believe it was due to shipping. Also, the product itself doesn't dry clothes; most come out damp, as if I were using a regular washing machine dryer.

Useless

When the items were delivered the lego boxes were totally crushed. When I phoned your office all you could offer was take them back to my local store and arrange a refund. My local store couldn't find any replacements and you haven't even bothered to reply to my email complaint !!! I will now not buy through Argos again well done. I re bought the sets through Amazon free postage and delivered in a strong outer box.
