Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Item was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday between 2pm and 9pm. This did not happen and on Wednesday I received a message from them apologising for not delivering my item and that it was scheduled for delivery between 2pm and 9pm on Thursday - 2 full days later!!!!! Really poor service. Will not be ordering from Argos again. I will use Amazon from now on.

Free next day delivery???

After spending over £100 and free next day delivery shown on screen, when choosing this option, it then said it wasn't available and delivery was then offered two days later. Ended up collecting from Store.

Argos are selling faulty items that…

Argos are selling faulty items that breakdown straight after the warranty. They also won’t let you review said items so that people can be made aware. Don’t buy the bush ovens it broke after 2 years and costs just as much to fix as it cost to buy, ovens are meant to last years I’ve had longer life from second hand ovens. Also it absolutely impossible to speak to anyone apart from customer service that’s in a different country there’s no emails or contact details for any head office or anything I spent 2 days trying to speak to someone in authority.

Delivery service poor I ordered a divan…

Delivery service poor I ordered a divan bed which was scheduled for delivery on Monday 24/11 I was contacted by text on both the 22/11 and the 23/11 to confirm delivery. I cancelled previously arranged plans to be available to accept the delivery but it never arrived.I spoke to the customer service team who advised delivery would be anytime up to 6pm. I contacted them again after 6pm and they advised delivery was scheduled for Saturday 29/11 as this was the next available delivery slot in my areaI explained we do not have a bed to sleep on as we had disposed of ours to be replaced by the new one.I have since been back on the Argos website and submitted an order for the same product to see the delivery options available and if ordering as a new customer delivery could be for the 27/11.Dont trust.

Impossible to speak to someone despite…

Impossible to speak to someone despite paying for an item and it not being delivered. Going to have to go to small claims court as seems life chat is only way and keeps saying item has been delivered but hasn’t.

2 weeks for a delivery and useless advisors

I ordered an item online. I was told the order would be with me no later than 25.11.25. On the 24th I called two customer service advisors both of which assured me the delivery would be on the 25th. I booked time off work. Then on the night of the 24th I received a message from Argos saying ‘good news your delivery is this Saturday!’ So advisors who don’t know what they are talking about and a delivery that by their own definition is now at least 4 days late. 2 weeks to deliver an item is poor at best.
