Review Time
I have an Ariston Andris Lux 15l 2kw undersink water heater. It was originally installed in June 2020. The tank leaked in 2022 and was replaced under warranty. It is now 2025 and the second tank has again leaked. I contacted Ariston as I think 3 tanks required in just over 5 years isn't acceptable. I received the expected response that my tank was out of warranty. However it was accompanied by a comment 'that it would be advisable to get my installer to contact Ariston whilst on site doing the installation so they could provide advice for a more durable installation' Maybe Ariston should get advice on how to build a heater with a tank that doesn't leak after a couple of years causing damage.I would give zero stars if possible for quality and customer service.
Pending on the department and the day our experiences have varied. When we have checked the Professional Teams website and the information is not available we try contact Ariston and the response we get is "check Profession Teams" ... We have!! Phones are sometimes answered so unfortunately then email is the only form of contact to chase orders or queries. Something that could take minutes to sort takes hours waiting for email response. Also email addresses are constantly changed so you wait for a response that will never come.
