We had some issue with our Elco boiler and Gabriella from CS team was working towards the resolution.I have to put a specific mention to Gabriella as she kept working in the background till she provided an exact solution. This is attributed to Gabriella's customer centric attitude and the training the business has provided her!Please keep up the good work and I wish more businesses take this approach.
Had to book a warranty repair today after my annual service revealed a leaking heat exchanger. The customer service operator, Pinar, was clear, thorough, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. It's rare to find this kind of superb customer service, she is a real credit to the company.
Very restrictive and complicated to warranty registration, failed to register by call, lady forwarded link but also complicated even require to upload invoice/ receipt of products but said file oversized should not bigger than 2mp.
