Engineer not providing the service and giving false information

The part that has already been changed by your company previously is not working and I was told by the engineer that it's not covered this time Good I have just read your replyYour engineer didn't tell me what you have wrote in your reply Your engineer told me that heat exchanger plate is faulty and that's what needs changing which had been replaced by your engineer not long ago when they made a total blunder of the repair changing the wrong parts so obviously they have not done the repair properly previously and now trying to shif the blame as a matter of fact it was the same engineer who attended before took various parts apart and then left the boiler like that for days and then another engineer came and ordered new parts and said the previous engineer did not know what he was doing You need to investigate this because clearly your engineer is not doing his job properly Just to clarify you can check your records this part was replaced in April 2025 which I was told by your engineer is the issue currently so the part has not even lasted a year

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - the water heater has never worked, faulty twice within 12 months. Customer service rude, completely unhelpful, not even willing to check the issue and see if there is a resolution. Disgusted by the service and the products do not work.

Telephoned Ariston to report a fault…

Telephoned Ariston to report a fault with my boiler under warranty. They failed to send the job request to to engineer or send me a confirmation e-mail as requested. This is the third boiler failure I have had in 3 months. I would not recommend an Ariston boiler

Had to complain to get a guaranteed part exchanged

I rang Ariston because my thermostat stopped working at less than a year old. I was advised that it was under guarantee and that the engineer would contact me. He rang and told me that they guaranteed boilers but not thermostats. I asked about purchasing a new one and was told to contact my local engineers. NOT helpful at all.I then contacted Ariston again and put in a complaint. They asked several questions and requested photographs, which I supplied. ( I would like to point out that I registered the system with Ariston when I moved into a new build bungalow so they already had all the details ) They then passed me on to a third party company who came out to fit a new thermostat. I have no complaints about the lady engineer who came out - she was really good - full marks for her. The whole process took 4/6 weeks. Unacceptable !!!! Also if I had not complained, Ariston would not have been any assistance at all and I would have ended up buying a new thermostat and had to pay for fitting.
