I bought a morized wheel chair and instructs are horrible. I called service and nobody was there that could help with connections to battery would have to call me back in two days. Can't use if I can't figure out how to connect or charge. If anyone cares my number is 864-415-7575.
They advertise a 5 year warranty, USELESS!!! The lift and recliner stop working. Have been going back and forth for 3 weeks now. 5 emails, 4 phone calls and the manager hasn't heard from "the company". I explained without a lift chair my family member has urinated on himself....nothing. Sent pictures with views 6 ways from Sunday and nothing. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their warranty. Worst customer service ever.
I ordered a lift chair due to upcoming knee surgery. The chair came on time and looks like good quality. Comes in one box in 2 pieces. Can't wait to try it. When the charge came through as a Chinese company, I was really worried that this was a fraudulent product/ company, but it is as advertised
I tried to cancel the order that was not shipped. I replied to their emails to confirm my order which I never did instead replied to cancel the order. left several phone messages that has no name on voicemail or any type of company identifying info but never received any replies to any form of communication. Their instant message saying they reply immediately is also false. Basically the company is fraudulent. Now I received an email that they have confirmed on their own my order and will be shipping it soon.
Update:Contacted BBB due to issues with customer service and lack of adequate response. BBB tried for 6 weeks to contact the company. They finally told me they had not been able to get a response from the company. They also stated they are not a government agency and have no authority but to negatively rate the company on their website which they now have. Shame on you ASJMREYE!!My recliner stopped working contacted asjmreye in December they initially seemed really concerned and wanted to fix the issue asked for several pics several angles. They spoke to their engineer. A piece was to be sent after 2 months of back and forth with my new broken recliner in the lay flat position. They said it will arrive in 4 weeks. Then they said after the Chinese new year then after presidents day then no response at all. Chair looks great but is entirely useless and after 4+ months I'm giving up that they will do anything at all. Some 5 year warranty. Buyer beware if the item breaks in anyway your done, don't expect anything from them. BBB is all you can hope for! Thanks Veronica!
We ordered a recliner and when it reclines or put back in the upright position there is a loud clunking sound along with a thump to put the recliner in position. I contacted the company they requested me to pack the chair in the box and send the picture. I did so and the box has been sitting in my living room for 4 days. The company has been offering me money to keep the chair instead of sending me a return label and giving me my full refund. I did check and it would cost over $500 for me to pay for shipping. The chair is defective and we are entitled to a full refund and a shipping label should be supplied from the company. The time difference is an extreme hassel for calling and sending emails. When I email the reply comes early in the morning around 3 am. I would never purchase anything from this company again. The Texas address is deceiving, and on the box it says made in China. I really thought the chair was coming from Texas. I have never had a horrible experience like this. I am still waiting and is currently out of around $900. I bought an expensive chair because I wanted quality. My husband does sleep in a recliner for his back and knees. He will have another surgery and we were getting another recĺiner, because after 12 years his recliner was needing to be replaced. When we received the box with the new recliner we took the old one to the dump. Since the new one is defective it has been rough and difficult for my husband to sleep.It is the weekend, so we have to wait to hear from my last email. Calling on the phone does not work at all.
We are more than pleased with the massage chair. The whole family fights over who gets to use it. LOL the delivery guys that delivered it were very kind and courteous and brought it right to where we needed it in the living room. Overall great experience with this company.
eight months and the so called leather is peeling off the chair like latex paint. they wont stand behind warranty. the leather is bonded leather. if i want replacement parts , they want $400 shipping, what a scam. 3 months calling ands emailing , now they just blow me off, bad company.
I bought this chair because of impending shoulder surgery, needed hand held remote and lie flat capability. It came, and I managed to assemble it even with limited use of my arm. It didn't , however have a remote that worked the back and legrest functions, just pushbuttons. I wrote a review stating that, and the company responded immediately, sending the remote that works that. the chair is well made, nice leather and I'll be using it alot. Thanks for great customer service.
