Review Time
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. It made me look a bunch of times before purchasing. This works great at capturing shows we watch before our RV travels. The quality is great (I am running it on a good PC with a good GPU), it runs without me having to watch over it. Recording with captions works perfectly - get a separate .srt file that lets you select what language and if you want to see captions.
I have been using Audials near the inception of the product many years ago. So far back, it even had a different name at that time. I initially used it for audio and still do, yet I have taken far more advantage of the video capabilities as of recent release, and it never disappoints. The product undergoes continuous improvement and is by far one of the best in its category depending on need. They have had me as an “Audials lifelong” subscriber for that reason and I will continue to purchase new releases to gain the improvements. A great product.
purchased the software, cant get it to work, cant open a support request, because it askes me to log in, so I log in, then i(when logged in) try and open a support request, and again it says I need to log in, and round and round we go, so if the logging is throwing me out each time I try to request support, how can I get support, and if the problem is not being able to log in, how do you get support for that if you have to log in before getting support, catch 22.Have changed my review because my lower score was probably a bit severe The solution to my problem of the screen recorder not recording was to Uninstall the driver, uninstall the software, re install software as an administrator, run the program as an administrator then now as the program has admin rights, install the optional screen recorder driver. But even then the program will run without asking me to install the driver, but still will not record what I want, but that I fear is due to DMR, hoped to record programs I had paid to watch with my subscription so I could take them on my laptop when I go on a cruse whare streaming is not possible.
One of the best long-running video streaming capture software suites. It's ability to capture YouTube, Amazon Music, Internet Radio, and other paid streaming services for offline viewing and archiving. For the price of around two months of streaming service bundles, you can have an app that allows you to keep your favorite shows archived for offline viewing for travel or leisure. Five stars!
Purchased Audials One for the first time in 2014. I have upgraded it multiple times since. Audials One continues to be unequaled in ease of use, quality of end product and price. I have not found anything that compares to Audials One at any price! Three of my family members and several friends have also purchased Audials One and they all LOVE IT! Spread the word!
I've used many iterations of Audials and although I haven't had much success with the video aspect, it cannot be beaten for music searching and downloading. It generally deals with tags and titles well although there are the odd aberrations but the quality is excellent. Only four stars because the more recent upgrades have IMHO more difficult to use and I miss the simplicity of the earlier versions. If you like music it's hard to beat.
