A few days ago I purchased an upgrade from AudialsMusic 2023 to AudialsOne 2025. I am disappointed with the functionality of the newer version of the program and would like to request a refund but there is one problem even having an Audials account when trying to send a ticket automatically logs me out of my account and I can't log in again. So their promises of a refund are a lie. The same thing happens when I try to write a post on the forum automatically logs me out of the site. I strongly advise against this company.
Slick but dysfunctional.When listening to Classic FM directly from their website, the audio is flawless as it also is if I am listening through internetradiouk.com.Listening to the same station through Audials though is a different story.Despite having a high end Lenovo Legion laptop, Windows 11 and a fiber to the home connection, the output from Audials is punctuated by chirps, clicks and silences lasting several seconds and these go on continually until I give up and listen through one of the other methods above.Recording doesn't work usably or reliably either.More attention needs to be given to making the DSP engine work correctly rather than on the flashy and bloated interface.
The Audials One 2024 multimedia recorder is unsuitable for me. I used the software for one day and was inundated with all kinds of song recommendations and things I did not ask for.Downloading a song is another hassle in this overwhelming interface and is done in real time: six-minute song download takes six minutes. I was able to download 1 song, the download quality of which was good: AAC 260 kbps. Summary: I removed the software from my computer and requested a refund. The company strikes me as unreliable.
Audials is the best software I have ever used! the interface is easy and simple. A few clicks and information of subscription services and Audials does the rest. Select what you want and BOOM high quality downloads.I subscribed to the 2023 version and was a bit skeptical at first but after useing it I have to genuinely say in my tech and program experiences it's above the rest.
