Review Time
TERRIBLE. While this program ripped off most of its features from other programs like Boom and FXsoundsomething, there is one major annoying thing about it; try to uninstall this monster from your pc... When -in general- the programming is done properly, every entry in the registry as well as in folders like ProgramFiles and Profiles etc. should be removed. Not Audials though, it leaves tons of left-over strings, entries, folders, etc. scattered all over the place after uninstalling (with Revo & Uninstaller Tool so done right). I never write reviews, too many opinions on the internet, but this needed one. The last hour I've been scraping the registry of my Windows 10 pc and still not been able to remove everything from Audials.My advice: do not buy this bloatware; it's totally crap. Buy Boom or similar. Easier to unstall.PS, don't mind my English. It's a bit rusty.
This software has become completely unusable since new versions were created for Windows 10 up. Their advertising was claiming 2022 version would work on Windows 7 up but now say Windows 8 is unsupported. They just say you have older version do you want to cancel subscription. Does not matter how much we have paid them over the years for something they have now rendered useless. Do not bother purchasing Audials One as it is not worth paying for. Even when previous version 2019 was working it had bugs in it.
I've tried to give Audials a chance and after several tries and several years later, it's still a piece of crap. I tried to use their Dailymotion feature to record a vid off of, you guessed it, Dailymotion.What happened? It didn't record the video properly and I had to spend over an hour and thirty minutes to record the vid again. As a result, someone beat me to uploading the vid on another site and now I've lost views and ratings. That's nearly four hours in total I've spent trying to record with this software.This is a tiring and disappointing trend. Thanks again for nothing, Audials.
This is by far the worst software you can install. I am using audials one since years and it became more unstable every year. Still hoping that they do better one day I bought the newest version and this time it will be the last time. What an empty promise! There is actually nothing better than in any previous version and above all the converter doesn't excist at all. You get the message "we are working on it" Beg your pardon!? You sell a product and work on the functionality later? What a rip-off!
I have a powerful 2018 PC and this is most unstable software I have ever used. Only works 50% of the time if you are lucky. Their customer service is non-existent. They do not reply to emails. Avoid. There are much better alternatives available.
Have a valid purchased license for Audial however now render unusable as constantly asks for additional components to be installed which I have done but which has no effect. So the licensed version I purchased is now no longer of any use. Shame as the software was actually rather good. By all means let me know if I am doing something wrong otherwise I will turn elsewhere.

Slick and powerful software to make backup copies of audio and video files from a variety of sources.I have been using various Audials software applications since around 2003.Every year, a new version comes out with more features than the last. Upgrades are for the most part, not essential, but sometimes the old, unsupported version stops working with certain sources and an upgrade becomes necessary.I guess since I first bought this software, I have probably upgraded 3 or four times at around twenty pounds a time. I do not regret this outlay whatsoever.
