Review Time
I’m very excited about the ease of use with Audials! I heard about it from a friend, downloaded it, and he showed a few quick steps on how to start recording movies. I’m 79 years old, but since the moment I recorded my first movie I have been like a little kid, so happy haven’t wanted to leave my laptop! The program is fantastic, with many features and options that I have yet to explore. I couldn’t be happier with Audials! Kudos to the geniuses who created it!
I have a licence to run Audials, but as soon I launch it it stop and trwo an error and then a report is generated and send it back to them. Followed the whole process, but no response from the company other than offers to buy another licence. It was ok when it was working, but it seems that it is more important for them to sell you another licence than to fix the problem with your old one
Great way to be able to listen to world radio stations live. Good for reording video tutorials and video conferences too. Can be tricky to install, and support could be more focussed on problems raised. I would recommend it to others
I have had the program for many years and regularly updated. The interface is difficult to use, but has been manageable. I especially liked the ability to record from the soundcard. But, that no longer works. You get a message that a Windows 11 update prevents this feature and they are working on a fix. "try later". Add that to the fact that they increased their upgrade price and I can only give it a single star.
Software has many features and usage modes. That said the testing prior to release seems spotty at best. Additionally the front line technical support seems focused on eliminating the support question instead of actually listening and acting on obvious flaws.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the fact that none of the Audials versions I purchased prior to 2025 work on Windows 11.Over the years, I have bought several versions of Audials with the expectation that the software would remain functional regardless of operating system updates. When a customer purchases a product, it is not reasonable to expect them to buy every new upgrade just to maintain basic functionality. A purchased version should continue to operate as advertised.In addition to this general compatibility issue, I am facing a recurring problem with the audio driver required by Audials. Each time I launch the software, it asks me to install the driver and restart my computer. After rebooting, I receive a message stating that the driver is not compatible with the latest Windows update. This loop makes the software completely unusable.This situation is unacceptable. I kindly request clarification on why these versions are no longer supported on Windows 11, and what concrete solution you can offer to customers who invested in your software in good faith.I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution to this issue.
