Poor quality product, noise cancelling does not work. Company attempts to refund you 10% explaining that shipping back to China (not the UK as the site implies!) is expensive. The point is that that's not our problem: THEY are responsible for the costs shipping it back by law under section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.
I’m only giving this 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. AVOID at all costs. This company is a SCAM. I paid £109 for headphones and when they arrived, I wouldn’t have even paid £10 for them they are that poor quality. I have asked for a refund and keep getting answers from ‘Support’ saying there are no quality issues and if I want a refund I will need to pay international shipping and customs tax as they are based in China. Nowhere does it say on their UK website they are based on China. Going through my bank’s fraud department to try and get my money back.
Literally just thieves awful product - you return it then they say they’ll refund you and won’t send you the money and say it’s been disputed when it’s not. They also funnily enough won’t provide the ARN number for your bank to track the payment. Because they never actually send it. Just avoid at all costs go with a recognised brand.
My husband is currently dealing with a return issue with this company. He ordered black ear buds & they sent him pink. They refuse to return the item & give him his full refund. They have offered to refund him 5% of his purchase price. They also have suggested he try to sell them or give them away as a gift. I wish he looked into reviews before purchasing from this company. They are scammers. Don’t waste your money & support such a fraudulent company.
I have never dealt with such a dodgy company in over 2 decades. There product is very cheaply made, I received it and there was something floating in the left ear head set, the sound quality was absolutely abysmal and there customer service is an absolute joke if you can actually call it that, I am fairly sure it is a computer generated message service that replies to you emails as they do not have a contact phone number( and obviously they don't have a contact phone number for a reason) this should have been my first alarm bell. What ever you do DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Totally agree. Rubbish company selling rubbish goods. Purchased "noise cancelling " headphones in January 2024. Not noise cancelling. After 6 months careful use Left ear pad snapped from headband so attempted to contact company via email to complain. Absolutely diddly squat response & after reading the reviews don't hold out any hope of success.
