Do NOT buy from this website. I was passed this website from a sibling of mine, asking if it was legit since I work in cyber security. I can immediately tell you, this is a scam. They auto-cart your items, and the SALE is FAKE. It's a looping timer, The SALE does NOT EXIST. The FAKE SALE is to bait you into thinking, you get a good deal. The website images of the products/office are terribly imposed and AI generated. They are fake. There is no such thing as Auralu. It's a backdoor cover identity designed to sell you cheap asian products. Do NOT buy, please.
DON"T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY !!!!DON"T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY !!!!I bought the Earbuds after looking at a review site, which for sure is run by them or a China company. Buds look ok, can hear ok, but people on the other end of a phone call could only hear muffled voice. I emailed them. They were very quick to reply, they asked me for video evidence, which I sent. They said sounded ok, but send back for a full refund. I posted back with tracking number. Again replied back very quickly saying Thank you. Buds landed in China in 9th Feb 2024. I have emailed them many times now. Dead silence. They suck you in twice, one in buying their bad product, then sending back to them on the pretense of full refund. Once posted you are completely ghosted. They will resell to another person for sure, they said so in their email. Please clean and package correctly for resell. Disgusting Scammers !!!!!!UPDATE 06.03.24: After many emails I managed to get some money back, They deducted 15% Restocking fee and Customs fees from Chinese Government. All up lost about 35% of my refund. Date of experience: 01 February 2024
DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!I ordered a pair of ear buds from this company after reading reviews that I later found out were fake. When I ordered, I was tired and in a rush, my judgment impaired.Realising my mistake, I emailed to cancel the order within an hour of having placed it.No response.I emailed later in the day and then also the following day.No response.Two days after that, I received a reply saying that my order had shipped and therefore cancellation of the order was not possible.A week later the item arrived and I emailed to ask for a refund.They asked me what was wrong with them and I explained that I hadn’t unpacked them, I just didn’t want them.They told me that I couldn’t return the item to the UK warehouse address they had been ‘shipped’ from but instead would have to send them to China at my own cost and that there was no guarantee of a refund if I did. The wording of the email was brusque and borderline aggressive.After insisting that distance selling laws meant they were legally obliged to refund me, (I suspect they are exploiting legal loopholes or that these laws do not apply to them as their company is based overseas.) they offered a 10% refund.I did not want a partial refund, I wanted my money back.This went on and on until I simply couldn’t be bothered any longer.I am £80 down.They are now trading under a different name. See other reviews for this name as I can’t remember as I write this.My advice:DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Atrocious microphone quality and appalling customer experience. Upon trying to make a phone call with the headphones it was clear that the microphone's quality is substandard. The voice is unclear and impossible to hear properly nor hold a conversation as the other party cannot understand what is being said. Without any doubt, quality is not Auralu's forte, a clear manufacturing problem. However the company denies any responsibility and insists that the consumer pays the shipping, taxes and customs fees providing an address in Guangzhou, China. They also insist the product has to be clean and ready for "secondary sales". Which means that many of us might received a product that has been previously returned given quality issues. Would highly recommend to stay far from this company.
Order is not from UKCancelled order when I found out it wasn't coming from UKThen cancelled again when never received it by delivery date.Company keep sending auto reply, bank dealing with this, please don't deal with this, it appears a scam.Still waiting for a delivery that I asked to be cancelled
Please do not buy from this company. The quality is appalling and they will not action returns.They tell you they must be returned to China, even though they are distributed in the UK.The cost plus taxes is expensive and there’s no guarantee they will ‘receive’ the items, therefore will not send you the refund.Total scam and they should face British law.
