Review Time
The most disgusting company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rubbish quality headphones and upon emailing to return they said there were no faults even though I detailed them thoroughly. Sent the same email to me multiple times, bad grammar and spelling and even repeated the same paragraphs in the same email? Didn't permit me to return until I threatened to take it up with my bank's fraud department for a a refund as within the contract I could return within 90 days, meaning they were breaking their contact. They then said after the threat that I could return but had to pay tons in international shipping. Crap quality products, shocking customer service and COMPLETE FARUDULENT activity and fraud. They said they would return them at the lowest price so not only did I pay £95 for headphones then £20 to ship them back. They won't even give me the full money back so I'm down tons and am having to take this through to the fraud team at my bank.
Shocking customer service!!!!!! After initially ordering and THEN looking at trust pilot reviews, I decided to cancel. Customer service took 2 days to respond and said it couldn’t be cancelled as the order had been shipped. Well today I checked the tracking (10 days later) on a website I’d never heard of and big shock apparently my order has been delivered to me and SIGNED for!!!!! It most certainly has not arrived and surprise surprise no reply from customer service . Whole thing looks like a big scam. Fraudulent company and by the looks of other reviews the product is not worth a penny…. Avoid like the plague, will be passing over to trading standards. Oh and apparently they are UK based company but funnily enough my order was coming from china ….. says it all con!
Stay away from this company. Bought them cause I needed headphones with ANC, which turned out to not work, in addition to many other faults. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Thankfully I purchased through Klarna and got all my money back. Horrible customer service and a product worth far less than what they're selling them for.
Lost my Samsung buds and wanted cheapish but decent replacement. Tech review said these were great and cheap so I ordered.....then saw the reviews. Heart sank, but on credit card so protected. They arrived...I love them. Good sound quality, comfy and cracking battery life. I'd defo buy again
A con. Awful, cheap headphones. Terrible sound quality that works intermittently. When I applied to return the headphones, I was told I would have to pay for the return delivery charges...to China. Alternatively was offered 15% to accept the items which is probably what they cost to make. Avoid like the plague and make sure you cross reference comparison websites.
To be honest I thought I had lost my previous ear buds I was gutted as I love my music. so I did a Google search. To see best quality sound your Company Auralu came up and I agree totally the sound is amazing!! After I put the order in and tried to cancel , but it was too late., then I checked for reviews and read some really bad reviews?.I received them a few days later ,so I thought I would just try them?. I was absolutely delighted and amazed with the sound!!, better than the ones I already have?. I do like a good base without distortion to the sound!!, and these earbuds certainly deliver!.so yes I’m very happy with these ear buds 10/10
I read about these buds in a reputable tech magazine, pitting them against other buds. The shill said these came out on top. I immediately ordered a pair direct from Auralu. And then I read the reviews. I was gutted. To be honest I'm an idiot for not checking the reviews first. I waited and hoped for the best. When they eventually turned up I was pleasantly surprised. The build quality seemed to be good and they have an interesting design. They paired straight away with my iPod (yes, I still have one of those) and I set it on shuffle. I was amazed by the sound quality. The sound is as clear as a bell and the bass is lovely and deep without muting the treble. I have a nice set of Senheissers and these out perform those. The clever design of these buds also means they won't fall out of your ears when you're soaking up the sun on holiday. Overall I'm very impressed and also a bit confused by the terrible reviews of these. My experience has been a very positive one.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! THIS “COMPANY” is a SCAM!!! I received my headphones and the quality is absolutely disgraceful. They do not cancel noise and they DO NOT do what they say they do. The quality of the sound is the worst quality. I was under the impression that they are based within the UK but they are based in China! When I tried to process a refund they were reluctant. I then had to pay £40 to return them back to China. I paid £109 and for some reason I was told I will be credited back £92! I have still NOT received my refund even tho they have stated it has been actioned. I have contacted my bank and they advised I ask them for a reference number so they can chase it up. They are now not responding back to me after I kindly asked for a reference number so I am currently in the process of raising this with the fraud department with my bank. What an utter disgrace! Shame on them! I also spent £11 on a very cheap pair of headphones for my 7year old daughter and I discovered they are the SAME HEADPHONES!!!
