I was emailed saying I had signed for my parcels, I emailed back saying I didn't get them, Auraralucky never got back. Don't buy anything from them, you will be scammed. They did say it was at my post office so I went there with the tracking number, the post office didn't have it.

Also known as “auraralucky.com” Read the refund policy carefully. It's very long to confuse you, and that's how you recognize the red flag: THIS IS A SCAM! They will do everything possible to avoid refunding you, including cutting off communication with you. If you prevail, which is very rare, they will charge you for the return shipping. After they receive the item, they decide how much to refund you. There is no such thing as guarantee refund like the popular online stores. Please read other reviews.
AURALU=NOBALTE=ELARA MARKET= AEROGREESHOP = FAKE RUBBISHDifferent name, same con man This cheap rubbish comes from China. You will not find a return address on their website. You can find the same products for a couple of quid at the known large Chinese websites. What can you do?1. Report a scam website on the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) website. You can report a website you think is scam. It only takes a minute, they say. 2. If you paid by creditcard, call your creditcard company and explain you have been scammed online and ask what form could you fill in to get your money back. It might take a while but you might get it back. 3. Find the owner of the website on (Whois UK) .uk RDAP here you can see when it is registered and by whom. Just good to know. These are Wolfs in Sheep's Clothing. They constantly change the name of the website, the email address (changing company name same style) and everything else remains the same. Check Nobalte, Auralu, Elara Market. Same shit, different name.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this "company" or website. It looks like they have a business/website in your country, however they are in China. They sell the lowest quality of earbuds you could imagine. Yes, they may appear sleek modern but that's all.Same experience than others, when trying to return within the 90 days. Telling me I have to pay import tax and other costs. I could keep the earbuds and get 5% money back.So I did send the earbuds back anyway ($25 postage) and am still waiting for the refund. It's now 3 months since they received the item back. (And probably resell it.)Don't trust any positive review. I trusted an "official" tester on a website. It's all scam! Be aware!
