Poor quality headphones, company tries to get you to return them to china and pay taxes. They are breaking consumer laws by not clearly stating where the company is based. I have successfully claimed a charge back through my bank and received all my money back by outlining this and stating if the company is UK based then they can provide me with a UK based returns address which they failed to do. I hope this helps you all get your money back from them.
DO NOT BUY!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!JUST LIKE THE REST OF THE REVIEWS I GOT CAUGHT OUT ON THIS ONE AS THE WEBSITE LOOKED LEGIT AND UK BASED. EARPHONES ARRIVED WEEKS LATER WHERE THEY WERE BEING RECOGNISED AS 2 BLUETOOTH DEVICES AND ONLY ONE EARPIECE WOULD CONNECT AT A TIME. LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS THE EMAIL ADDRESS WANTED VIDEO EVIDENCE OF FAULT AND WHEN TRIED TO SEND THEIR EMAIL REJECTS SAYING EMAIL FILE TOO BIG AND ATTACHMENT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED! SENT SCREENSHOT OF FAULT BUT KEEP REPLYING ASKING THE SAME THING. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER ETC. THERE IS NO WAY IM FOOTING THE BILL TO RETURN TO CHINA FOR THEM TO 'NOT HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM'!! , LUCKILY I'VE BEEN ABLE TO DO A CHARGEBACK REQUEST WITH THE BANK WHICH AURALU ARE PEEVED ABOUT SAYING THEY WILL REFUND 50% IF I REMOVE CHARGEBACK REQUEST!!!NO CHANCE!! THIS COMPANY NEED SHUTTING DOWN AND FAST!!!
Do not buy from Auralu! I bought a pair of earphones which came highly rated and on par with Apple. When they came they were rubbish: the sound was not clear and the noise cancellation and transparency mode were terrible. I started the returns process December 2023, had to pay a good amount of money to ship them back to their warehouse in China and they did not even make it through customs because Auralu did not give all the information needed to return the items, when they said they did. For a company whose clients are based abroad, they should have sufficient knowledge in the returns process for their own country. Absolutely ridiculous and these earphones cost a pretty penny too. Do not buy from them. Consumer laws in the UK will not help you, sorry. If you're looking for good quality, cheap earphones I would suggest Kreafunk, Sony or JBL.
These people don’t even deserve 1 star! I wish I had looked on here first before ordering the headphones. They advertised on a fake review page comparing them to Sony and Bose saying aurula ones are A+, (absolute fat LIE) When the headphones arrived they didn’t even work and the quality of them are absolutely terrible! Sent them back they said I need to pay 15% re stock fee! These people have lost the plot! Now Klarna have recharged me £109 even tho I’ve sent them back and have no headphones. This is what happens when you order cheap Chinese crap. You can’t even contact them, I’m really not happy 😔
***AVOID AT ALL COST****-100 customer support, bought just before xmas wanted to cancel the order straight away and they told me to wait for them to come and return them straight away they told me it would cost me 80% of the price to return them i told them i want a full refund because i seen the bad reviews after and they told me to open them and try them so i did and told them the qualty was poor (cheap case feel, headphones did not go in my ears as expected) and was told there is nothing wrong with their products, send it back for around 80% of my money paid so i would in turn recieve 20% back. Absolute robbing Company, only just rememberd i had them as come across them the other day and have been trying to charge them to give away to someone thats not botherd about quality as much as me but this is the interesting part,. they dont even charge up. *****AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COST******
