Their support was fast, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable. You don’t always get this kind of service, especially with tech products, so I was really impressed. Highly recommend them for both their products and outstanding customer care. Will definitely be using them again

I emailed Autel to make sure the update I required for my MS909 would work on my UK diagnostic machine and a prompt response confirmed it would. I proceeded to buy the update and the following morning Stacy from Autel messaged me enclosing my access code then went to Autel and input the supplied code and everything went well and was easy to do. I will use them again to update my machine and I am considering buying another Autel device from this company
