New App not great

I have been a longstanding member of theirs.However, they now appear to have moved into the 21st Century with an app etc. but now fob you off to Q&A on their website for queries. Tried to find somewhere to change bank account details - nothing! Called 2x first time the phone rang for 4x minutes - no answer! I spoke to a lady the second time I called who told me it could only be done over the phone, BUT, they would take the payment now - a month ahead of due date!! Insistent that was the only way to do it.Seems they have moved into 21stC, but not thought things through sufficiently.
