Pretty seamless experience. They handled everything after my non fault accident. My car was repaired, I had a loan car to keep me on the road and everything has been hassle free and it was useful having one person to deal with throughout! Thank you Abbie and Auto Claims Assist.
I found Auto claims assist on a google search after I was crashed into on a blind bend literally 3 minutes from my house, I didn’t have a clue where to start after driving for 28 years and never having a accident! One thing I did know is I didn’t have the £450 excess that was on my own insurance policy, Auto claims saved the day they literally asked for my details and any evidence I had that I wasn’t at fault which thankfully I had took multiple photos and I recorded the other driver giving me his name address and stating that he had no proof of I D on him. Auto claims agreed to take on my case, within hours I was given a hire car and my broken car was recovered and I didn’t have to pay anything which was such a relief being a single mum so close to Christmas. Auto claims took care of everything and I will be forever grateful for the hard work Ryan and Ron put in to my case. My accident happened on the 25/11/25 and I had the use of the hire car from 26/11 up until 9/2/26 when my payment had cleared with no cost to myself as auto claims managed to claim everything back from the other drivers insurance company. What a fantastic service , I was apprehensive at first. But they soon proved to be great , I had a clear none fault claim, no one was even in the parked van, when it was written off . Accident happened on the 6th of February was advise to use accident management saw reviews was impressed. I was getting nowhere with person who banged into me insurance. Went all weekend without car. Phoned on Monday lady who dealt with me was shardane Monaghan. She had my car uplifted within 24hrs and hired car in place.
