they handled everything from start to finish if i had gone through my insurance i would of had to pay my excess up front even though it was not my fault this way was so much easier and i was even given a comparble courtsy car to mine would definatley recomend
I cannot recommend this company enough. Having never been involved in a no fault accident , from the momentI called them right through to the payout has literally been one of the most efficient, smooth and efficient stress free experiences I have ever had. We quite literally cannot recommend this company enough! After never being in a crash we had no idea where to start when our own insurances were not much help. We saw this company online and trusted the reviews - and honestly, we couldn’t have done it without them. The day after our crash where someone drove into the back of us and wrote off the car, we contacted auto claims assist. The following day they had a 25 plate BMW courtesy car at our door, at no extra cost to us. They worked tirelessly to contact the oppositions insurance company - shoutout to Ron & Shardane who really did put 110% effort in - and got the pay out we deserved. Despite Christmas and New year delays we had the funds within 1.5 months, which seems quite long but honestly these insurance companies normally take a lot longer! They did all the back office work for us & took so much stress out of a really high pressure situation. The Auto Claims Assist Team were exceptional in dealing with my No Fault Accident Claim. From my first telephone conversation with them, they were speedy with dealing with the Claim, always keeping me up to date with updates and communicated with me speedily when I had queries.They were able to negotiate a much higher value for my damaged car than I would have got anywhere else.They also quickly arranged a new courtesy car for me to use while the Claim was being processed until my Claim was settled.I will give them a 10 out of 10 in all aspects of processing accident claims and will gladly recommend them to family and friends.
