I had a non fault accident and I immediately contacted the Auto Claim Assists. They managed everything working with third party insurance and providing me a suitable hire vehicle of the same category along with arranging repairing my own vehicle. Only thing I would like to say they need to improve is their communication as I had chased few times to get the update of the case.
The whole process was made easy as I had a dedicated person for my claim. Abbie was always available to talk to me and happy to answer any questions that I had. I was given a hire car while my own was being repaired and there was no rushing to pick it up or return it. Abbie also called me to check that I was happy with the repair done on my own car. I would definitely recommend Auto Claims Assist.
I found these people online and I must say that I do not regret contacting them. Professional approach, fast service and each of them is very nice. I really recommend them because nowadays there are many scammers who just want to make money but this team works with you, they contact you with every move and they will do everything for you and answer all your questions. Had a brilliant experience with ACA. I was very angry when someone reversed into my spotless VW, but these guys totally sorted it. Craig is a total asset to the company; he really went out of his way to make sure the repair was flawless (which it is).Huge shoutout to Fix Auto in Caldicot too; the car actually came back in better condition than it was before the accident! The rental process was very convenient with home delivery/collection, and while driving a silver Corolla estate made me feel a bit like a taxi driver, it did the job safely. If you’re like me and research companies to death before committing, take my word for it: ACA is elite, and is certainly much better than claiming through your own insurance, as that just seemed illogical to me at the time.P.S. I would have gotten the review out sooner but I have been stupidly busy, and then was on holiday! (#167568)
