I tried to cancel my subscription with total av, not only was there website hard to navigate i finally got on the chat line they told me they couldn't find an account in my name, but still took £149 off me, they offered 50% off, how could they do this when apparently I didn't have an account, when the operator new I wasn't giving up she stopped the chat, when a company run a service to protect you from scammers beggars believe, I would steer clear of this company there are far better services out there, they are legalised crooks.
Take all the 1 Star comments and it's not covering the tip of this mole hill. True scam and there getting away with the hundreds of easy renewal process (slip slide away) and a massive AI mechanical response explaining everything from basic computers to easy software process. Try canceling or calling or stopping payments... this leach of a useless company, once they have their teeth in your account they don't let go. Spread the word.... and shame on Google for having them as a cooperating partner ...
Have tried repeatedly to cancel ALL services to and from this sham company , Tried to log in to account with email Addy password and tried to access sites , that's sites ,and have been told they were unsafe or try again later but later never gets here .their into me for 386 USD and 257 of this was unsolicited and unauthorized but sounds like I'm not alone screwed again with no recourse
Thompany have gone from good to bad in a short time. A good deal to begin with but the massive increase in subscription without warning and ignoring cancellation requests and taking the fee anyway. This is sharp practice and require me to make a complaint to my bank to recover the fraudulently taken fee.Avoid avoid avoid.
I sent Total AV an email 1month ago telling them I was cancelling my subscription, they still took money for this month I've just rang them lad who answered was so rude it's unreal he hung up on me stay away from this company there terrible.
Took out a subscription for 1.99 them Total Av tried to take another amount of 39.99. A member of their staff took me through this to cancel the higher amount. My card was blocked as this was fraud . Then he rang me asking when the 39.99 was going to be paid It is not . This company are fraudulent
