Auto Renew Scam

I took out a subscription two years ago for £19.I cancelled the Auto Renew, but last year was debited over £100.I contacted them, had the charge reduced to £23 and again cancelled the Auto Renew.I decided to renew for convenience sake. This year they have automatically renewed at £149!!I contacted them and was offered a 50% reduction.I declined. They then offered an 80% reduction at £29.If they can renew at £23 why was i not offered this initially.Apparently i am a "valued customer"!!.To add insult to injury they are offering the same cover for £19 on their website.Taken out Norton @ £12,with better cover.Dreadful service.Avoid.

I signed up for a VPN several days ago

I signed up for a VPN several days ago, my card did not go through. I paid again today with a credit card. My system has been inundated with Virus’ and spam, please cancel ALL my subscriptions, Antivirus and VPN, I just spent 6 hours on the phone with Apple, you supposedly send me a verification e mail, to cancel which I never received!I am VERY UPSET. Please refund my 39.00 for the VPN and the remainder of my balance from the VPN!!! I have received a large number of network intrusions, it is if they are selling a virus as an anti virus

Do not Trust their sales lines

Once I used Total AV, and now years later they have decided to infect my computer and won't do anything about it. Large multinationals have so much business they care not one jot for innocent folk.Be aware if you use their products and then stop - you are liable to their dishonourable tactics.Avoid them - they will plague you.

Sr citizen/they took my grocery money

Sr citizen - could not buy groceries because Total AV helped themselves to my bank account and now I'm broke. It is prob in the fine print someplace that they can just take money out whenever they want to. So upset - thought I had found a reliable, honest co to protect my computer.Watch out for this company - dishonest business practices...additionally they charged ~ 8 or 9 X what I agreed to pay.

I signed up for an introductory for…

I signed up for an introductory for antivirus, but when signing up for it, I kept getting additional ad-on features at additional costs that would have added up to hundreds of dollars beyond the advertised introductory cost. I did not add them and only took the antivirus and one other feature. However, I had trouble even installing them on my Windows 10 computer. Then, I attempted to obtain an immediate refund, and this has been a difficult task with almost no end in sight. Since I paid with PayPal, I have still not been refunded after 10 days. It is practically impossible to communicate with TotalAV on refund requests. I warn potential customers about signing up for their introductory offers unless you are willing to pay Hundreds of dollars beyond the introductory offer or if you want to go through the hassle of attempting to get a refund. Buyer beware.

There is an inital introductory offer

There is an inital introductory offer, auto renewal automatically switches on, the price goes upto £149, upon cancelling a special offer is offered to keep you, this offer is more than if you were to start as a new customer. I agreed to renewal price rather than closing account and starting afresh, however the company attempted to take the full price from my account. Subscription nd account cancelled,
