Review Time
I enrolled in April 2023 and due to personal reasons had to put it off til now (June cohort) and was charged an additional £400 admin fee. My concern is that when I specifically asked the representative in 2023 that would it matter that I don't work in HR/LD as I have no knowledge about these areas at all, I was told no. I didn't need to have knowledge. So now the assignments have come through, I can see that they are geared towards people in HR/LD. I've asked the Q to others who are doing the qual and they've said that I may have possibly been misold the qualification. I will be taking this further as they should not have said this to someone who had clearly asked the Q. Had they said yes, its for LD/HR, I would not have enrolled onto it!!
The evaluation was excellent in the past, but this time it has been one of the worst experiences due to the lack of response and clear communication from your sideI currently have Unit 5CO03, and I received an email from you stating that the results would be released on 28th July at 1:00 PM. However, no result has been published until now and I have tried to contact you with no response.Afterward, I received a reply from Nicola stating that the results will be released on 4th August. What is the issue that remains unclear from your side?I urgently need support from someone who can contact me directly.
Poor service student support is closed more than it is open to help. Phone lines are closed mid day. If you are in full time work. This company does not cater for this as all support is in the day and no evening student support. All the support is a quick copy and paste answers from their website. Google is more helpful. Please don’t go with this company as customer service is appalling and you wait weeks for a standard unhelpful response
Federica Grisanti - TutorI had Federica as my Tutor for 3CO04 Cohort and she was so good. Her knowledge, how she breaks down the elements of learning so we all understood her was incredible. I studied with other tutors for the other assessments for CIPD L&D Level 3 and I have to say Federica was the best. The Live Classes were very valuable, her English is perfect, she was very easy to understand and listen too. Nothing was too much trouble. Due to the loss of a very close family member I did struggle with this last unit but Federica guided me and was very kind and compassionate as were other members of CIPD and AVADO staff. I would highly recommend AVADO and Federica you are the best, thank you. Oh I forgot to add I passed!!

I registered for Lv 7 CIPD with Avado and i needed to take some time on as i was unable to meet the study time requirement so i reached out to the student success team and Carron resolved my inquiry and helped with deferring my qualification for up to 6months. It was such a painless process
waste of money, self paced couse has no tutor support or what so ever, my assessment was marked failed 3 time despite the fact, it was covering all the requirements. ,now my course been cancelled because of dead line been gone past.avoid avado
