Review Time
I recently completed my course with Avado and I found the course very hard, but I had Britt as my tutor and she was fantastic. She's so engaging and easy to learn from, but also a really kind and warm person. I actually nearly quit on my first unit because I was so overwhelmed and stressed, along with a few tears. Britt called me up, had a chat with me and gave me some great advice. And now I have completed it! Never thought the day would come back then. Thank you Britt. I also had Mark on a couple of occasions too so I didn't see much of him, but when I did he was always a great help as well and quite funny.

Having Britt as my tutor during my Level 5 CIPD was a blessing - this course is HARD!The sessions where Britt went through the assignments were worth their weight in gold, as were the weekly emails highlighting specific points to research and giving hints and tips in regards to managing wordcount and other useful pointers. She is calm, friendly and happy to help.Having read reviews of other providers, I feel lucky that I opted for Avado and had Britt as my tutor.
Avado' learning materials are easy to navigate and each module is broken down into weekly segments that help with time management. When studying part time this is hugely beneficial. Britt was my tutor, and her sessions set us up for success. Britt communicated with us regularly and ensured we had all the tools necessary to achieve our goals. Any questions I had for Britt, she would come back promptly.
Brit Webster is amazing !She has made me relax and enjoy the course. With her understanding that it is difficult for some who have been out of learning for sometime to her guidance and keeping me on track. Her tutor sessions, give clear explanations and with those now famous white boards you feel totally supported.
I have been waiting since 1st August for a response to my query, and it is now well past acceptable. Their so-called customer service is non-existent – the only thing they seem to care about is taking your money.Trying to reach them is a nightmare. If you do get through, they hang up on you. And when you finally manage to speak to a person, they promise to call back but never do. It’s shocking how little regard they have for their customers once they’ve been paid.
I registered for an CompTIA A+ course in 2012 when they were the Home Learning College and tried to cancel almost immediately; I was told I was one week too late to do so and had to pay the full amount of 2700. Never received course materials, never started the course. Made repayments until I fell on bad times and had to enter a debt management plan; have been repaying for 6 years now, and have repaid over 1300 for absolutely nothing. All I've got now is a bad credit rating. They don't even offer the course i signed up for anymore (they stopped it several years ago). Now being hasssled by a debt management company. Avoid like the plague. Absolutely disgusting.
