AVA Easy P57 pressure washer - Great customer service

I purchased the AVA Easy P57 pressure washer March 2026. I have in the past bought cheap pressure washers which fail within a couple of years use and their performance has been so so.With this in mind, I decided to go up market a bit by buying the AVA. I have used it a couple of times and everything is so easy and ergonomically pleasing. It is the first time I have used a pressure washer and my body not ache afterwards. The trigger mechanism requires minimal pressure. The hose is more than enough at 12 metres. Packing up after is such a breeze.However, unfortunately the locking mechanism on the lance did not work.I contacted AVA customer services (liaised with Ines) and after sending a quick video, showing the issue, they sent a replacement straight away.Was not only impressed with the pressure washer, but also the customer service. 5 stars.

A good company

A good company. A good product. I need to contact customer services ( Rachel) and had my query was dealt with quickly and effectively. I had a problem with assembly instructions which to us were not clear. They are a company that react quickly and it was resolved via email. My only gripe is that there is no phone contact available. What could have taken 2 mins via phone took considerably longer via email.

Outstanding AVA service

Had my P50 for three years and it stopped working properly so contacted Ava Service .Rachel responded within minutes and arranged for Louis to collect my unit a day later following payment of £60 which was for a 5 years service. Unit ready within a week and being dropped off too.Can’t fault the support Ava offer.
