Annoyed. We bought the Easy P57 "Giga Bundle" in January as it's the top spec for that range, but we just discovered it doesn't come with a foam bottle. Now bear in mind that all the other giga (and even large) bundles do come with a foam bottle! Confusing and a bit sneaky frankly. Make sure you check line by line what's included before you buy.

The staff are extremely helpful and service is first class, a long with the products. I have had a small issue with my Easy P60 ,I contacted AVA service and the problem was solved with in an hour or so. I have recommended AVA pressure washer to my local car and sailing club. and I am sure they will make a purchase very soon.
Attention! Do not buy the Ava Series Telescopic Lance. Mine was used twice before the 2 year warranty expired. The trigger valve no longer works and you cannot buy parts for this expensive Lance. The advice I received from the NZ agents was to buy a complete new Lance at $250NZD. Why buy an expensive new lance that you cannot buy parts for?!Thanks for your kind offer to help however I did send a request to the email you supplied before I posted this feedback and I was told to contact the USA support. (I am in New Zealand). I have re sent the email to support so please read it this time...
