Had my P50 for three years and it stopped working properly so contacted Ava Service .Rachel responded within minutes and arranged for Louis to collect my unit a day later following payment of £60 which was for a 5 years service. Unit ready within a week and being dropped off too.Can’t fault the support Ava offer.
I contacted Ava with regard to the prospective purchase of a P57 pressure washer. Haven't received my order yet. The app you use for tracking is useless and unprofessional and full of ads. Not sure if it's coming via DHL or DPD. Neither tracking number works. I ordered it on Friday expecting it to come in 1-2 days as indicated on your website. I need a pressure washer urgently. Perhaps I should of bought a much cheaper good quality Husqavarna instead, that would of arrived on time.
My requested replacement parts were delivered within 48 hrs and following the owner manual & website guidance was quite straightforward . My P50 Smart is working like new after it began to leak due my poor storage arrangements over the winter. AVA get the top score from me - great machine and service.
