A waste of time and probably a scam…

A waste of time and probably a scam operated by Aviation in collusion with the airlines. I had a straightforward claim concerning a cancelled flight (nothing to be argued about there). They waited 9 months (during which they ignored my follow-ups) then closed the case saying it was "out of scope", with no explanation how a claim for a cancelled flight could possibly be outside of their scope as an ADR.

They reply every 3 months

They reply every 3 months and then eventually they close the case even though you submit what they ask for. They won't help you, they will just take the airline's side. Don't bother submitting any claims to them.

They couldn't even be bothered to contact me back when I asked for an update

We raised a dispute with Ryanair via ADR Aviation, trying to recover our money from Ryanair. After they contacted Ryanair, they came back to us saying that Ryanair objected to our claim and they will escalate it, but that's it. I tried a few times to contact them for an update and they did not respond to any of my emails. After almost one year, they sent me a generic email, stating that my case has been closed, without any explanation whatsoever.I wasted my time with them, when I probably could have found another company that was willing to do something.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

A successful outcome - Thank You

Very happy with the service provided from ADR in obtaining a successful outcome to my claim against Ryanair for a delayed flight. It’s important to provide as much detail and documentary evidence as possible at the outset as the claim process is lengthy (over 6 months) given the various stages of contact with the operator before the determination and ultimately payment. The ADR website provides clear next steps and timescales at each stage and updates are provided by text and email which is helpful. Would have no hesitation in using ADR again, thank you !

Flight delayed

Flight delayed. I went straight to Aviation ADR after i read various comments about different companies that claim to help but recover and keep most of the money. With AviationADR is was straight forward process and i got all the compensation due by the airline.

hope to never deal with this company again they are terrible and you are at their mercy

I have waited nearly 2 years for the claims handler to ignore the evidence and say that i wanted expenses and not compensationI made it abundentlly clear it was compensation that i wanted above anything else as I was made to sleep at the airport!This is a terribly slow and uncaring company hope i never deal with them again for another day in my life!

Ryainair Dispute

Just used Aviation ADR in a dispute with Ryanair, which resulted in the airline eventually putting up no defence and in my claim being met in full. Would highly recommend anyone who has a dispute with an Airline to take full advantage of this free service. It was just a shame that Ryanair did everything they could to prolong the process and not pay the claim, but we got there in the end

Excellent, professional experience.

Excellent service. Really helped in achieving resolution to my disappointing airline experience. They helped us fight for compensation when the airline customer service was appallingly bad. It was easy to correspond with Aviationadr and their website is easy to navigate especially when finding progress on the case. I can not say enough praise for this service.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, Ryanair refused to pay be for a delayed flight AviationADR forced them to do so. If I am ever in this situation again I will definitely be seeking their support again. I would say the process ought to be quicker however.
