MOSES BASKET STILL NOT HERE…. I ordered 24th April, we are now on the 16th May and my dd is in 2 weeks. Last week they said it’ll be dispatched and it wasn’t, this week they’ve now said dispatched early next week. I would recommend ordering else where if you aren’t wanting to wait weeks on end
Broken Doona & nobody seems to care. Taken 2 weeks without any real response or resolution from anyone, so I wouldn’t bother using this company at all. Wouldn’t bother purchasing a Doona either! Insane that they sell products that we need to get babies around, yet they find it acceptable to not even respond for days or when they do, it’s asking for details they already have!
Items ordered and I waited ten working days as per their website. However after 11 working days, (15 actual days) no products delivered. Spoke to customer service and they are awaiting a delivery which won't be in for another 2 weeks! They wouldn't have reached out to me to inform me either, I had to chase them. I also was on hold for 30 minutes as number 2 in the que, but no progress so hung up. Shouldn't be selling products that you don't have in stock. bad business model and the only people who suffer are the customers.
Bought products from this company at the baby and toddler show. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. When asked if a specific car seat fitted the pram we wanted, they borrowed one from that stand and physically showed us so we were assured. Thanns
Freya spent lots of time with us demonstrating the Egg 3 pram. She went through all features of the pram, in both the single and double pram. She then explained the difference between car seats which was also really helpful. We didn’t feel rushed was able to spend as much time with her and the products at needed.
