Met Donna at the baby and toddler show…

Met Donna at the baby and toddler show in London and she sold us the baby carrier. She was very knowledgeable, approachable and gave amazing advice and demonstration. She encouraged us to try the carrier on ourselves and advised on what product is best for myself being a dog walked. Very impressed with her customer service.
