Baby planet expo excel was awesome. Most venders very informative, some very a little snooty only speaking to people who they thought would have the money for there products such as icandy stand. Which you can imagine is very emotional when your an expectant mother. Meego prams were amazing likewise mam stand very friendly!
Expensive purchase was left on front door with no advance warning. Received a text an hour in to two hour delivery window so had no option to be at home. Contacted Baby Planet to make a complaint and heard nothing back from them. Appalling customer service.
I ordered a Britax Max safe pro seat off this website. It arrived quickly but it was clear once I installed it there was an issue with the straps.I first reported the issue on the 21st Feb and requested a refund, and it took until the 13th March (with several chases) to get the money back. Luckily I was able to use my old seat with my kid - but if not this would have meant weeks with an unsafe seat. The communication was very poor.Further to this. I reported to them that I’d used a bank card on their site that hadn’t been used anywhere else and my details were frauded - they never even commented on this when I contacted them. I can’t conclusively say it was via their site but would encourage all customers to use PayPal and not enter your bank details directly. I don’t think their payment gateway is secure.Disappointing all round. Terrible seat, poor service and not safe payment gateway. Would never use again.
Ordered our tutti bambini zizee crib from baby planet online which we thought would be a good idea instead of a Moses basket which babies grow out of so quickly! Came in a timely fashion! Great price with my blue light ontop of sale price! Was a fantastic bargain!
Ordered a changing bag on the 20th of January, have order number and yet no further update since then, so i decided to contact the company, she took my order number on the phone then proceeded to place me on hold to investigate further…but instead then cut me off, so i rang back a further 5 times….and the company ignored every phone call! so now i have to try and chase a refund that i doubt im going to get, also charged almost £6 for delivery? disgusting company and will never use again.
We visited babyplanet in Leicester and Yasun was excellent, very knowledgeable about all the prams and different options with car seats. We decided to go for the oyster3 which had a good deal on the bundle and we upgraded the car seat to the pebble 360 pro. Really happy with the service in store today would definitely recommend to visit and try different prams with good deals
Never received my order from 6th Jan. First they said it was on back order, then they said I’d receive it by the end of the week, then no one replied to my emails and I’m unable to get through to anyone on the number they provided me with. Think I must have been scammed.In the process of trying to get a refund via PayPal.
