I didn't read the online reviews but items arrived as expected on time

I didn't read the online reviews until after I placed my order online and I was concerned however there was no need. I'm not really sure why others have had so many issues. I placed an order online for a travel system with carseat and isofix base etc. which was all showing as in stock on their site. After a few days I was a bit confused as to when my order should be sent out as although I got my initial confirmation emails all OK, I didn't hear anymore or have an expected delivery date/any update until I received a text from DPD telling me my order would be delivered that day. It was in total 4 working days between ordering (ordered Easter Sunday) and my order was then delivered on the following Saturday. All items boxed in their original packing and all appear to be as expected. Definitely worth it as they were quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else!

Really good online service.

Items despatched straight away, items arrived within 2 days on a bank holiday and half term week. I had a minor issue with one item - not Baby Planets fault - and it was resolved within an hour by their online sales team. Really happy.

Great service in the Derby Store

Great service in the Derby Baby Planet Store. The Staff were attentive but left us to look at and try out all the travel systems in the store. When we were ready the Staff could have not been more helpful. They answered all of our questions and if they didn’t know the information requested, went away to find out. Thank you for all your help.

Ashby store delight!

Yassin spent a good hour or 2 with us, showing us all the different ranges, pricing them all up in the Ashby store. Very knowledgeable and super supportive for a first time mum! Best experience!

Said 7-10 working days for delivery.. day 9 and still no update. Rang up customer service, she was rude and ignorant. Cancelled entire order. Won’t use again.

Baby planet in Ashby

We went to baby planet in Ashby. The information about the pushchairs was very informative. We had a demonstration as to how the pushchair was used which was helpful. We were shown everything that was part of the sale.

Very bad experience. Not recommend at all as item didn't arrive and lady from customer service let me know they don't have it after more than 2 weeks.

Look like all the positive reviews are fake!Because, as per the other 4,000 reviews my experience of this company was terrible. Said a car seat was in stock and it was a 7-10 working day delivery. I received no confirmation of my order and when I emailed to chase I was told that it was "7-10 working days when the item is available" even though the website said it was "in stock" Immediately cancelled my order but then I had to chase a further 3 times to ensure I was getting refunded. Honestly, save yourself the time, effort and money and AVOID Baby Planet (or is it Baby land??? - again this is unclear on the Emails)

They don’t deliver in a timely manner

When I ordered it stated 1-3 working days for delivery, after placing my order it stated 7-10 working days. After 10 working days, well over 2 weeks with bank holidays I chased it up to be told there was a delay and I would have to wait another 2 weeks! Not good enough and very slow to respond. Shame on you baby planet.
