Terrible online sales service

Where do i start?My daughters birthday was coming up in March so we decided to order her a trike. I found a lovely Kinderkraft trike online with 2 - 3 days delivery. I ordered 8 days before my daughters birthday. Anyway 7 days and still no trike. I call and eventually get through to online customer service. The lady states she will call kinderkraft and chase as it comes direct from then. She comes back to me and says i will definitely have it friday- another 2 days! Qnyway Friday lunchtime comes and goes and still nothing so i call back. I get told she will chase it again and call me back. Anyway 2.5 hrs and ive heard nothing so i try calling again but now their phone lines qre closed- although online its says 1700hrs. I then receive and email- the trike isnt coming so what did i want to do about my order. Ive tried 3 times yesterday to get hold of customer service and no one answered or i got cut off. Ive just received and email to say they can fully refund me or , send me a different one but there is nothing to compensate the fact ive had to spend ages on the phone chasing and my daughter didnt have her birthday present. The customer service is really disgraceful for online orders. Its a real shame that they arent customer focused.

Do not use

If you’re thinking of using this website don’t bother !!! Shocking customer service , ordered 2 car seats , was advised one week, nearly 4 weeks later still waiting . Nobody in customer service seems interested in helping , but happy to take the funds straight away ! Don’t waste your money !!!

Initially a good experience at the baby…

Initially a good experience at the baby show but a poor experience since. Ordered something which I had set a date to arrive, did not arrive at this time which was disappointing.Additionally, I do not remember anyone explaining to me on the day about the time limit for refund and credit note. Feel like this is unreasonable and quite short.I also believe that they should be selling things that are safe and reputable. I ordered something and it is not safe to use and I am surprised that baby planet would source it. Still waiting to try and return it and have found the email responses to be relatively slow. Pleased however that I will be able to get a credit note but would unfortunately not go through this again.

Pretty Useless

Pretty useless. Don’t hold the stock they advertise online. Ordered a car seat, didn’t arrive after a couple of weeks so chased to be told it would be in stock the following week and immediately dispatched. Still didn’t arrive so chased again and after 3 days was offered a different colour which could be dispatched for next day. Called to accept that (it usually takes 20 mins to get through) and was told I would be called back that day which never happened. Called back the following day (another 20 minute wait) to again try and move the order forward to be told the seat in alternative colour would be dispatched in 7 to 10 days.Told them to forget it, ordered from another site and had it the following day. Just waiting to see my refund materialise now!

5 star shop and staff

Lovely experience, staff happy to help with anything. We went to the derby store and purchased everything we need for our newborn daughter and everything we needed we left with. Definitely worth 5 star plus and IF I was to have another baby I would only use this store for any items that I would need :) thank you so much.

Visited the derby store recently to test out prams and car seats, and then returned to order. Have dealt with Emma everytime and she has been fantastic. She spent lots of time taking us through the different options and answered all of our questions. Ordering was easy and the items came in to stock really quickly. Can't fault the service it's been brilliant and prices are really competitive.

Derby Store

We first came to the Derby store back in June and the knowledge and expertise was second to none. The staff really understood what we required from our buggy and guided us to various options. We were able to build our own buggy package to suit our needs. We paid a deposit and were able to collect our items when we were ready.
