I was really put off and hesitant to…

I was really put off and hesitant to order from Baby planet after reading all the reviews on here and trust pilot regarding the delivery time as i am due in couple of weeks but i wanted the mamas and papas occaro bundle and it was hundreds of pounds cheaper here then anywhere else so i took my chance. And WOW i couldn’t be happier i ordered on sunday it got dispatched on monday and delivered on tuesday and i saved hundred’s of pounds. Opened and set everything up already and everything is amazing i would 100% recommend anyone to order from baby planet !!

We came to baby planet Derby to just look at different prams. Dianne was brilliant with explaining the difference features of each of them and detailing out the different bundle prices. Couldn’t recommend Dianne and the team enough.

Do not bother

Wrong cot sent, was collected by a courier 10 days ago and still not had an update on status of return despite emailing and calling repeatedly. Do not use this company. Especially if you're expecting a baby, you don't need the added stress.

Useless liars

Ordered a bike for my daughter 3 weeks before her birthday with the promise of delivery within 5 working days of the order date. Phoned after this time frame was missed and was told the bike would be with us in a few days and we would get updates. Another week passed and birthday now 1 week away, we have phoned again and told that the bike would arrive on Friday (2 days before the birthday). It is now Friday late afternoon, we still have no bike, no updates and have been caller number 1 in the queue for over an hour with no answer. So my daughter will not be receiving her main birthday present on her birthday. Horrible company, please do not use themm
