Absolutely lovely experience to have we seen our little baby today and got the gender the receptionist was so friendly and kind we didn't have long to wait the lady who did our scan was so professional and friendly would definitely recommend thank you so much Mrs andr Davies
I went for a reassurance scan at 7 weeks having only found out I was pregnant the day before. I booked a last min appointment. The staff were really helpful in explaining things to me and we are over the moon. All praise to god. We got two scan pics and got to choose them as well as seeing videos of the little flicker of a heartbeat. The staff also gave us a little goodybag too. So happy.
Package: 4D scan with video. Only reason it's 2 stars is they allowed us to rebook after couldn't get a good view of baby after a few attempts on the initial appointment. The photo quality was poor and the video option was very disappointing with 2/3 second clips of the photos which offered nothing but a blurring mess. The scan itself on the screens was ok, and we did get an ok view of babys face. Overall, not worth the money. Especially not the video option
We had a reassurance scan earlier today at the Bolton clinic. The receptionist was so lovely and made us feel very welcome and settled. The sonographer was so kind and informative. The quality of the scan was above and beyond what we were expecting. The whole experience was so special. Thank you!

We went to the Wakefield clinic for an early reassurance scan, we were 9 weeks, the reception was lovely and we signed the consent form etc then was showed through to the sonographer who didn’t introduce herself, told me to lay on the bed and gave me some white roll. Didn’t tell me what to do next, she was very abrupt when speaking and told my ‘husband’ to hold my had, assumed he was the dad (good job he is) but she never asked she just assumed, for some people that might not be the case. She basically told me I’d not drank enough water and asked us to come back, when I explained we’d travelled from Leeds she seemed stressed and annoyed having to slot me back in. The website states 30 mins for each appointment as to we were in there for 10 mins tops whilst she checked for the baby, she said she could hear the heartbeat but because I’d not drank enough water baby was hiding. She then spoke to my partner like he was daft. This will be our first child and that was our first ever scan so we were hoping for a positive experience instead it turned stressful and she kept telling me to relax which made me far from relax! She should understand that I was nervous to see if there was a heartbeat. On the second time we went in after some water she was pretty much still the same, miserable, snappy and negative so unfortunately I would not recommend, although it’s cheaper than the rest of the places I’m sure you’d get a better experience else where!
Visited the Huddersfield branch now three times. The first one was for gender scan. My baby is apparently very shy and uncooperative, however the sonographer was very persistent and asked me to take a walk for 20 minutes to get baby to move, I then went straight back in an got confirmation of his gender. A part of this package was 4D photos but he really didn't want to have a photo, so they rebooked me in for a couple of weeks later and we got to see his little face. I decided to book a further 4D bonding scan 4 weeks later just to check up how he's doing. Again uncooperative he just kept putting his feet in front of his face. The lovely sonographer asked me to go for a walk (we were expecting it) after 20 minutes we was back in and got some beautiful 4D images. At all steps she made sure we was happy with what was going on. She was also kind and caring. I really do believe the packages we have had are excellent value for money, and I'm sure we're going to be back for another scan within the remaining 13 weeks we have left as it's such a great experience.
